Through Pilates, I help you learn about your body and explore your relationship to movement. With a balance between precision and flow, and movement and reflection, you grow strong and stable, able to do the things you love.
Using yoga and mindfulness practices, I help you explore your how your mind affects your body and the body affects the mind. Deepening your access to this relationship grounds you, building proprioception and calming your nervous system.
Working with your mind is an important piece of working with your body. Whether your practice is sitting or moving, meditation helps down-regulate your nervous system, build focus, and quiet your mind. It strengthens your ability to cope with life's challenges.
