Children’s Long-Term Support (CLTS) Program

Embodied Living for the Children's Long-Term Support (CLTS) Program

Mindfulness & Movement

Embodied Living helps you become strong and stable, reduce stress, and live more comfortably in the body you have.*

Feel whole even if your body is cranky

When you have a tricky, unreliable body, it’s hard to feel steady in your life. That’s why it’s important to work with the body and mind together, holistically. You need to feel whole, grounded, and stable, even through the ups and downs that are bound to come.

  • About CLTS

The Children's Long-Term Support (CLTS) Program is a Wisconsin Medicaid program which supports children with disabilities and their families. The program uses waivers to fund non-medical services and supports that are not normally offered.

If you want to services through CLTS, your first step is to enroll in CLTS and then contact your caseworker to see if you can add Embodied Living services to your account.

If you are not eligible for CLTS, you can pay for my services directly. I have a sliding fee scale in case finances are an issue.

    About the Julia

I loved yoga but my bendy body didn't. I often had pain and my back would go in and out. Then, on top of joint and muscle pain, my cranky body had a bout with chronic fatigue. I mostly laid on the sofa for 2 years.

My body is a great teacher. It taught me about pain, instability, and invisible illness.

Now I want to help others live happy, whole lives even if their body is unpredictable.
